The App Needs Serious Improvement
We have been using Gryphon for a few years and I had really hoped by now we would see some improvement in the functionality. We have had to completely remove restrictions at times for devices to be usable, and at times the app won’t work and we cannot remove the limits so the devices are just not functional. Our devices will often switch over from their assigned profiles and move to another, more restricted one and then the device itself cannot be found to be switched back. Our work devices have had this happen which makes work very difficult. At times, I think it’d be easier to just toss the Gryphon in the trash along with all the devices and go to the library. I hate to be harsh because this has so much potential, but the app makes it nearly impossible to use at times and can cause far more stress than it’s worth.

We have had Gryphon for two years and are very pleased with its performance and ease of managing multiple users. The one time we needed some assistance, customer support was flawless and followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. Great product and team.
