Great EMS suit
I loved the suit and all the various options available in the app. My first suit lasted about 1.5 yrs. I only had one and I washed it improperly in washing machine with a detergent that was too strong. It broke down the delicate silver thread that acts as the conductor. I just bought 2 more suits so I don’t wear 1 out. Plus I got the new shorts, shirt and waist trainer. In 2 weeks I have improved my muscle mass, fat loss, circulation, and cardiovascular system.

Don’t waste your money
All the suits of giving me problems.. and the lifespan for the cost of the suits is definitely not worth it.. first two I had lasted a month..Second suit about a week..Wasted a lot of money shipping back-and-forth just to never get my items fixed.. on top of that they give me someone else’s suit
