About CTS Driver App

The CTS Driver App, a demand response mobile data terminal (MDT), used by the contracted and credentialed transportation provider network, allows Drivers to see previous, current, and future trips in real-time. The Driver App allows CTS to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour with increased efficiency.

Available only to Provider Drivers in the CTS network, Drivers can easily communicate with CTS staff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes. Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the CTS offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.

App crashes constantly. Unable to copy & paste. Privacy violation tracking precise location. Wont let me login constantly can’t reach server. Wont save my password. Wont let me use face/touch ID for faster logging. Wont let me switch to Google Maps on iOS. Wont load new trips. Will change trip info without letting you know. Takes you to the wrong address. Why are we forced to use this Unreliable App🤦🏻‍♂️

Don’t use the TLL service nor this app!

Hello everyone, professionally speaking to all of you reviewers! This application is awfully unreliable for customers/patients to use. From my experience, I was a former driver from TLL Medical Transportation and the manager was non-spoken English, she would randomly put my destination to pick up the customers at the time they asked for, although I have to pick up the customers/patience that I have to pickup, but they’d put the blame on us for being late to the customers that we weren’t supposed to pickup during the time. Also the manager has 0% English and she will assign the driver that is currently picking up the customers to get to somewhere else without asking if we are driving another patience to places. Therefore this app is unreliable and clutter for schedule. Please reconsider using Uber or Lyft because this app is unreliable and useless. I hope this comment helps to you customers who pay good insurance money out there! Thanks for reading! (True story) swear with life.
