Tachogram is a tool for managing and analysing your digital tachograph data. The Tachogram mobile app and card reader make sure your tachograph data is accessible anytime, anywhere!
HOW IT WORKS
You can download your tachograph driver card data anywhere using a Tachogram smart card reader together with the app. Forget complex tachograph reading devices or visiting gas stations to download your card data! Simply plug the card reader into your phone and start downloading files.
THAT’S NOT ALL. You can also upload your digital tachograph data to the Tachogram web platform and immediately review it - whether you’re using a PC or an iOS device. The Tachogram web platform offers a variety of features to help you manage your driver card data.
FEATURES available on the web-based platform:
- See remaining drive and rest times - after uploading your data, they’re calculated automatically;
- Store your tachograph files and view download history;
- Make sure you’re following all EU rules and regulations, including the EU Mobility Package;
- Review infringements - when they happened and what they were;
- View activity graphs (which record driving and rest periods);
- Follow data download periods, card expiration dates, and receive alerts when they’re coming up.
ADDITIONAL features for business owners and fleet managers:
- Data access via API, FTP, and e-mail;
- Violations trends and risk rating;
- Reports and explanations on infringements;
- Driver debrief;
- Reports for salary calculations;
- Driver travel allowances.
HOW TO START
To use both the mobile app and the features on the web-based platform, you will need to create an account. Sign up for a 30-DAY-FREE-TRIAL period and experience the benefits of Tachogram first hand!
After that private users can continue using the app for 3,99 EUR/month or upgrade to a 3 or 6 month subscription to save up to 25% from the monthly subscription fee, while companies will only ever be asked to pay for the active drivers that month, regardless of how many are registered.
Please note that your phone must have an active internet connection and will need a Tachogram card reader for the mobile app to recognize the data.
