MPESA is being now mobile friendly
I would give a five star, maybe I can take out .5 point or 1 point, but for now I will withdraw my reservation entirely because I have seen this app grow and address some of my earlier frustrations; for example the little mistake as you mistype numbers were a nightmare. Once you sent money to get your money back is uncertain. I remember one time, I made this mistake on an emergency money and I had to call the stranger who then asked me to part with a little bit of the same emergency money as he was in more trouble, at least to my surprise. Now the verification works, and the withdrawal is embedded on the app. I am still monitoring as I hope I to receive money from my bank or SACCO directly. I will adjust my ratings based on my expectations. So far, so good. Definitely worth a 5 star.
