The purpose of this app is to send secure messages to our doctors and allow them the ability to return requesting caller concerns. If and when a call back is triggered the main office number of the physician will be displayed on the caller id of the patient/caller.
The doctors have the ability to forward messages to other doctor if he/she is unable to handle - only the original message from the call center can be forwarded.
If and when a message is forwarded - the recipient and sender can continue sending messages between each other.
