Phone app is horrible
The app keeps crashing before an old event can upload to the computer, much less try to start a new event. This renders the app useless.

Web interface works app is garbage
I appreciate the the web interface of this and have used it for 2 1/2 years now I really really need the ability to edit the transcriptions. I have no idea why we’re adding other features but not that. My primary problem is with the iPad and phone apps. I want to be able to re-listen to lectures, but I can’t even get them to open on my devices or get the app to stay open for long enough to play them. And because the audio files stay in the app, there’s no option to export them. I’m irked. I talked to support and the solution they gave me was for a problem. I don’t even have. They told me that I needed to offload downloaded files to my phone in order to make it work, but I didn’t have any downloaded files to my phone. They need to put some serious work into the mobile apps especially considering how many students primarily use ipads.

Doesn’t work on Macbooks
good concept but it’s unable to be used on safari.. and it doesn’t have an app for Macbooks! the whole point is to make things easier, having to go to a different browser and not being able to connect my phone app to my mac defeats the whole purpose.

Horrible on iPad
If you plan to use this on your iPad you can’t use an Apple Pencil to take notes. All you can do on the iPad is record. The app needs the ability to handwrite notes while recording

Doesn’t work
I rely on Genio for school, but the app is worse than trash. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t update.
