My complex just started using this app and the second I saw the email I knew this is a HORRIBLE idea. Tried using the app and every time you try to book something it crashes. This app is completely pointless. What is even the point of “free parking” in a complex if you can’t park in any spot. Spots sit empty because no one is paying for it, if we wanted to pay for parking we have the option for paid parking under a carport for less than what this dumb app costs. Any good review on this app is from either employees from the app, or friends/family and they just repeat the same thing. If you want true reviews look at all the most recent which are all 1 star. I really hope apartments realize what a bad decision it is to use this app and if they value their residents options they would discontinue the use of this app and terrible idea!!! Welcome to the world of subscription… Signed and exhausted working person.
