Separate fee for each language
I have been using the Spanish course and have been enjoying it, so paid a Premium subscription. I wish I’d realized the Premium plan was language specific. I likely would have gone with another option. I wanted to switch to French, but have to pay again. By the time I pay for two languages, I could pay for Pimsleur with access to dozens of languages.

Cumbersome
I really wanted to like this app. It does have some great features. Unfortunately the customer service is slow to respond and doesn’t really address the issues. The app doesn’t allow flexibility. You must complete one lesson in order to move forward. For someone who is already familiar with the material it is a major waste of time. I hope the company will address this issue and offer a solution. Also the interface is much outdated, not clean and streamlined.
