The Credit plan has an expiration time while the Subscription plan does not as long it is active. Subscriptions automatically billed monthly or annually to your iTunes Account and auto-renew, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.  Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Here are the variations:
• Monthly Subscription - $4.49/month
• Yearly Subscription - $47.99/year (Huge discount with original price $59.88)
• Credit - $4.99 for 30 days. The number will be recycled if it is not manually renewed.
