Each day you will be given a seven-item careful selection of pictures, which broadly represents various moods and feelings, from anger to sadness to more complex experiences. Art therapist and coaching psychologist, having worked with groups and individuals using creative expressions, has selected the pictures based on the most common groups of moods and emotions.
