-Book GBM On Demand or GBM Paratransit* rides directly in the app for yourself and any additional passengers.
-Never miss your ride with live arrival times and ride tracking for your journey.

Doesn’t work
The app, I’ve downloaded it and retried but it does not let me or help me plan a trip. It keeps on telling me they’re high in demand and to retry later although I’ve tried so many times using different time frames as well and nothing. It won’t even let me schedule a future ride.

Late runners
I recommend you not use the bus during the winter time unless you wanna freeze your butt off the timing is never on point. A few times it would say the bus is 19 minutes away from you but have you waiting 40 minutes or longer. It also doesn’t let you know if the ride is delayed or not, no feedback on anything and not only that there’s no contact number to reach the driver 🫤so be aware people.
