App doesn’t work
Tried to book in advance and got some weird dev style error “null value in column “invoice” of relation “paymentreceipt” violates not-null constraint. So one, the app doesn’t work. And two, the error message needs to be customer facing.

I reserved a box at JFK. The box wouldn’t open. I called customer support twice - no help.
