V-On Time

يهدف النظام إلى إثبات الحضور و الإنصراف للموظفين عن طريق الأجهزة الذكية (Smart Phones ) مع الربط مع جهاز BLE Beacon لتحديد موقع تواجد الموظف اثناء عملية اثبات الحضور و الانصراف.



The application Time & Attendance functionality supports:
1- Employee Enrollment
2- Employee Entry / Exit transactions
3- Smart Phones Features:
a. Camera – To capture employee photo while enrollment and transaction (Entry / Exit)
b. Location – To capture employee location while enrollment and transaction (Entry / Exit)
c. Bluetooth – To ensure that Employee in range of BLE Beacon device inside the building

Steps :
1 The employee opens the mobile application
2 The Mobile application detects the internet connectivity to the ministry server
3 The Mobile application display employee’s info
4 The Mobile application detects the location by scanning the BLE beacons
5 The Mobile application enables Entry / Exit buttons
6 The employee clicks on entry/exit button
7 The Mobile application takes mobile snapshot
8 The mobile application sends the transaction to the Server
