I have done PMI-ACP training with EduHubSpot. Their training material , practice exams and Bootcamp are excellent. My trainer Nidhi was excellent , she explained the concepts well and was supporting/guiding throughout the process. I cleared my certification in first attempt. Let me start my journey with Nidhi : While preparing for PMP thru Edu Hubspot website, I always get a popup of reviews about Nidhi mentoring and how the mentees cleared the exams. So during PMP preparation itself I had in my mind that I need to be under Nidhi to get the certification of ACP. After the PMP exam was completed, I had a quick chat with Varun , and he is the one who pushed me towards ACP. Otherwise I wanted to break and then attend boot camp around August timeframe with work commitments until July. Thanks to Varun for pushing me right after PMP. As soon as I enrolled , Nidhi called me and asked me the target exam completion date I'm looking for and how many hours I can accomodate for reading as my original target completion is First week of June. Before the Boot Camp began she asked me to review and understand the important chapters as the bootcamp will be refreshing, infact her idea helped me. She created a study plan and gave target deadlines for each chapter, always being there with clarifying the questions through whatsapp or instant zoom call, not just following up to make sure she reminds us of the deadlines too. Completed the study work one round by June, but due to work commitments, health issues etc couldn't focus at all for the Month of July. After Mock test 5 where I got 66% was a little disappointing but Nidhi is so confident and asked me to go within 2 days for the Final exam. I was a little hesitant , plus the work commitments also did not work out. Nidhi, from the bottom of my heart the last 5 days study plan which you gave me, asking to review each n every question, understand all the explanations for correct/incorrect questions really really helped me during the exam with thinking in an agile way. Had I didn't rewind based on your study plan especially for the mock test explanations I might have not cleared the exam. Even when attending for the exam I was not 100% confident but as mentor Nidhi you were. The ACP exam is not as easy as many people think ,in the exam there are very less straightforward questions, pretty much 2/3's of the questions are lengthy questions with lengthy text in each of the options. The agile PMI thinking which I hear from Nidhi in classes/videos made me answer the questions. All I hear inside myself while answering those questions is Nidhi's voice in the background thinking about the next step or an agile perspective. Thank you Nidhi, for waiting patiently and pushing me by saying u can do it . Nidhi is someone who can give real day to day experience examples which stays forever in your mind, and make us also relate our day to day activities through Agile way.(This happened to me after going through the videos) Thank you Nidhi and Varun for being there and you guys are true examples of Servant leaders who are always there for your mentees. Will pass on the information to all the people who are targeting for their PMP/ACP certification. Always my number 1 go to place for any project management certifications and will definitely get back after short break .
