About Happy DRJ
The Happy DRJ app was developed for exceptional individuals with unique and/or special needs particularly children diagnosed under the autism spectrum. When the mind is in a calm state learning increases. This Happy DRJ app achieves this bridging through its two aspects, midline exercises and social stories.
Midline exercises engage the left and right hemisphere of the brain resulting in communication that offers improved focus while calming the child, readying them to improve awareness. These five midline exercises are not only easy, but also simple and fun. They are a result of a worldwide recognised doctorate publication translated into 27 languages.
Studies indicate by persuading the right and left hemisphere of the brain into communicating/sharing information through midline exercises, natural chemicals are released within the brain creating a comforting influence within a child’s world.
While, the social stories component of the Happy DRJ app provides short informative ‘how to’ interact with the world around us through three friendly, helpful cartoon characters.
Happy DRJ app is currently translated into 15 languages.
