Not user friendly or responsive at all. Been trying to add my payment method for over 10 minutes and it doesn’t work.

I hate hang tag - it works ok most of the time, but when it doesn’t, it’s more than frustrating - can’t you guys get some advice from someone who knows about parking apps to improve this system?

Can’t log in
I can’t log in, there’s no log in screen. It just wants to make a new account but won’t because I already have one. How do I use this??

Doesn’t work!!!
Used to love this app, but had to log off and now can’t log back in. Keeps giving me an error message, saying not connected to internet when I obviously am And when going to get customer support I get sent to website where there is nothing on how to solve this issue. Issue has never been resolved. This is unacceptable, especially since it’s the only parking app accepted in the specific parking lot I use in NW Portions
