Update makes unusable
Just updated the app. Visually looks bad and is very slow.

Great for a small business!
Recently started using this app because of its localized texting through Ring Central. Beetexting is great, because it allows everyone in the business to contact clients through the same number. Great for keeping track of messages and organization.

Mostly functional
We use Bee Texting with RingCentral for about a year now. It is great because our team can all see and respond the text messages. RingCentral does not have that functionality. We have a 3 person team doing property mgmt. Tech support usually responds the same day, but support is open for not more than 8 hrs a day Overall, it is rather buggy. Some days I am repeatedly logged out or can't get in for hours. Often, new messages aren't highlighted when they come in so things can get missed. Every now then you can't send a message or group messages. When that happens, we switch back to the RingCentral app. BTW, contacts aren't shared between RC and BeeT. There is no easy alert in the app when you get assigned a message.

Very Buggy
I signed up for Beetexting through Ringcentral after my sales rep tried to sell it as an “advanced texting solution”. While on paper it has a lot of cool features that can be useful in business such as a unified inbox, the app is very buggy. I tried to use Beetexting with it being built-into the Ringcentral app and it was even more buggy. I don’t think this app is ready for prime time. I ended up cancelling my Beetexting service and will seek another solution.

Great app, but needs some TLC
I love the idea behind Beetexting. The church I serve at uses it extensively. But, I find the interface slightly annoying at times (but I used to work in the software industry, so perhaps it’s just me). However, I am always (every time) annoyed when I attempt use the app on an iPad, where it runs only in portrait mode (then it takes some finangling to get my iPad to rotate back to landscape mode after I close the app). It’s very annoying that it works this way. Also, the search functionality needs improvement. I’m sure they’ll get there at some point, or at least I hope so because I actually do like it concept. The interface needs some TLC.
