Last update created a loop
The app is stuck in a loop. It tells me it needs an update. It takes me to the store then the store tells me it’s updated. I go back to the app and the cycle repeats. I’ve powered the phone down several times. It still does not work.

Horrible -hire someone
Hire more competent software engineers to enhance the application. Each time you select the bottom right menu (more options), the application crashes and logs you out. When attempting to upload your résumé, it requests a filename but then fails to upload after clicking OK. (It does not appear under the résumé section.) The application shows potential; however, you should have delayed the major news campaign and the announcement of the recent 'updates’ to allow sufficient time for proper fixing. I KNOW someone working on this application, using an iPhone (if that is relevant), has previously encountered these issues before the announcement of the app and website updates. So why even announce how much you have done to it if these issues are there? The application has been updated; I have restarted my device and reinstalled the application. Therefore, I do not believe the problem is as trivial as that. The website remains cumbersome and overly complicated/distracting, rendering it useless in my opinion.
