Customer Conversations is a market research community hosted by Portland General Electric

This app provides a platform for PGE customers who are recruited from the community to participate in research activities that help PGE improve customer experiences.

All participation via this app for research is by invitation only and used for the purpose of gathering insights for PGE. Participants join in online discussions, diaries, and other activities that allow them to share their perspectives and discuss them with other customers and a PGE community moderator.
