Doesn’t work
I wanted to try resonance breathing. Saw this on Reddit. This app doesn’t work at all. Save your $10. Use another app like Elite HRV or Optimal HRV.

heart rate varies wildly
the heart rate isn't recorded accurately. it dropped from 80 to 30 for about a minute and then up 120. i checked it against my apple watch which had me at a steady 80-85. happy to change the review if i'm missing something in how i'm holding my finger over the camera
