Logging In
It’s incredibly frustrating when logging into the app and you’ve set up the Face ID, but it still has you enter in your user name and password!! That needs to be fixed. It looks like this has been a HUGE issue for over 3 years! How pathetic! DI, GET WITH IT!! FIX IT OR JUST DELETE THE APP ENTIRELY!! Also, once inside the app, you click on the Notifications tab and then go to click on the notification and it doesn’t take you to your notification. Either update that, so it does take you to your notification or just remove that part of the app. I’d like to be able to use the app to the fullest, but it’s really annoying and difficult to do so, when these issues are there. With the amount we pay for Dental Intelligence, I fully expect the app to be up to par. In today’s world, using apps for work, is a given. So with that said, Dental Intelligence, FIX IT!!!

Terrible app. Can’t see work schedule. Contacted them multiple times. Still no update to make the app work properly!

What kind of backwards system you guys run that it logs me out every single session. Keep ignoring it and you will lose subscribers.

Needs work
So frustrating the schedule is not easy to read. Dr.’s and hyg love to see their schedule ahead of time from home AND YOU NEVER CAN IN THE APP. Use all that “intel” so we can really read the schedule from the app! We need A DAYS VIEW OF ALL PATIENTS!!! Weave can- just deleted all dental intel apps from my phone bc they are of no use! Frustrating to have to enter username and password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The “remember me” doesn’t 99% of the time. The full schedule of the day can’t be seen all on one screen. We switched from Weave bc of all their bugs but DI hasn’t made away-from-the-office work/communication any easier.
