All weightlifting programs in this app have been personally created by me. Throughout my years of experience as a weightlifter, I have experimented with many different training methods. After each competition I analysed my notes to determine which correlated with the best results.
Through this I have managed to develop training methods which both maximised my results, and kept me free from any serious injuries. My belief is that every weightlifter is looking to make constant progress, avoid serious injuries, and ultimately maximise their results in competition. Perfect for Olympic lifters
I was looking for an app that helps me as an Olympic lifters and this is perfect and I think the only app for Oly lifters. Highly recommend

Really great workflow
I’m new to Olympic weightlifting. I’ve found loads of great programs available but none that make learning the moves as easy as this follow along app. It does a great job of removing most of the thinking. I can enter my PR’s, it does all the percentage conversions, and even has the built in timer for rest periods. For someone new to the lifts it’s great to just focus on lifting vs having to follow a spreadsheet and constantly be starting timers on my phone. Really enjoying the app + programming!!!!!

Great app, works as advertised
I have great workouts with this app. It does all the splits, adjusts weights. How do use this for over a month and I can feel myself growing stronger. The videos are great in terms of showing you exactly what you need to do when you need a refresher on form.
