Seems like a rush job

The latest update brought with it a new unintuitive UI that only half works. Seems like they need to (re)hire a designer with ux training (I do like the bit of color they added), engineers that can complete features before they are released (favorites doesn't work at all) and a QA team that is willing to fail and block a release. Everything just seems to speaks to half-assing the product to rush and get something out. At least I can still book a desk.

Evety Update Made The App Worse

With the latest update, the working part of the app has been disappeared. The previous version of the app wasn’t good too but at least the main part was working. Now, I am not able to make a booking, It stuck on loading the locations. I tried everything but still same problem persists. You have to fix this. We are not able to get in our workspace.

Performance is terrible

App takes forever to load, leaving you with a blank, black screen for sometimes over 1 minute. App doesn’t remember your favorite location, so I’m literally having to search for my location to book my desk every day….

Great service but App crashes all the time and most locations don’t have height adjustable chairs

Pros: In general love the coworking space service and the ease with which you can subscribe, onboard and book locations - all online without a need to speak to an agent (which is often the case with traditional coworking spaces). The entrance key card usage and wifi connection, the availability of tea/snacks- all extremely convenient. Cons: App crashes as soon as anything too quick. Locations on the map disappear after zooming in and out. The app doesn’t have a per-location feedback option, no information on the floor numbers per location. Unfortunately most locations do not have height adjustable chairs so often seats are extremely non-ergonomic (kitchen chairs) - shocked that this is the case. No opportunity to switch a location within a day if you don’t like it.

Slow and buggy everyday.

I didn’t want to leave this review because I love the convenience of Wework but the app is unreliable. When you’re paying money you need something you can trust to load especially before desks fill up for your ideal office. Needs to be addressed asap in my opinion.

App review - buggy and unreliable, quits out randomly

Can’t tell you how annoying it is for the app to consistently quit out on me every day when I reserve a hot desk. Not sure if this is a result of the company going bankrupt and not having any developers or designers left on the payroll, but the app needs to be fixed to easily find and select one of the 30 locations in NYC for the thousands of ppl who rely on this app every day so they have a place to work - without freezing and quitting every single session. Think about the user experience. One click needed to select from favorite locations to reserve a hot desk. Maybe an integration with Google Maps when deciding which location to go to?? Current map I need to go to a separate location to see the distance and time it takes to get there.

Inoperable

I use WeWork on demand and book rooms periodically. I literally cannot get through a booking anymore. The app appears to refresh while I’m searching for and trying to select a room. There is no nice way to put it. The app does not function at all for its intended use.

frustrating app

the app screens constantly refresh - so you loose what you’re doing. favoriting a room doesn’t show up in your list. tapping to reserve sometimes works, other times does nothing. sometimes it picks a room for you and you cannot change it. filling out a support ticket fails because of constant screen refreshing. i just have to switch to the website. shimmer/loading screens show up and the content doesn’t appear. this app fails.
