Totally Non Functional? Try an old empty device.

Loaded an app OMSee that doesn’t show up in the Settings list of apps on my Apple. INSTRUCTIONS SAY THE APP US Flyscope but it’s not. But, there are no settings in the app and it never connects to dental cam on my current device. The status circle on the screen center just spins but doesn’t connect, but it does have access to pics and files. You can tap options on the app screen that take you to each location and pics or files show up. Maybe it’s busy uploading. It suggests in the pamphlet that if the app prompts for wlan and data to allow it, but it didn’t on my initial app startup that I recall. I got it to work on an really old phone with nothing on it pretty fast but I have no idea why. It connected to camera almost instantly. Go figure. Their privacy policy on the App Store page IS CONCERNING WITHOUT READING ALL OF IT. THE APP HAS NO SETTINGS JUST THEIR CODE SO YOU CAN’T OPT IN OR OUT OF ANYTHING. THE POLICY IS ASSOCIATED WITH WHO KNOWS WHO THE COMPANY OR PEOPLE ARE IF THEY ARE COLLECTING INFORMATION.

Doesn’t work

I have my FlyScope otoscope connected but as soon as I press start it’ll show me a loading screen and will not go away. I’d sit there for 5 mins with no change. Useless app.
