There are many approaches to getting motivated. Not saying this is the BEST one, but it is one that has worked for many people. Basically, if you want to improve yourself, four things are important:
1. Take quiet time to think about what you want out of your life. Be brutally honest with yourself. No one else can hear what you are thinking, so go for it!
2. Write down where you want to be in 3 years, in 1 year and what kind of behavior you need to focus on every day. Things you need to focus on every day will be entered into “Goals” on this app. Less is more, so you cannot enter more than 5 goals per category.
3. Track how well you are doing. Daily you can “Score” your progress and under “Results” see the last 7 days, last 30 days and all data.
4. Review your plan at least every 90 days. Adjust your plan as you grow and life changes.
