new update logs you out every day
had to scramble to get my account back as the whole point of using a phone is the convenience of staying logged in. now i have to log in manually every day. nearly missed my bus the first day it happened but the driver was nice enough to let me on. still no excuse for wasting everyone’s time. your account also stops working when you buy a new phone. what is the logic in that? it says to contact customer service but that’s a completely unnecessary step to explain a totally illogical problem. on my second account because of this. i’ll not have another email to make an account once i upgrade my phone again.
