About Wobble it
See the in-app tutorial or the video for instructions on how to add, position and set-up wobble areas for your images.
You can record a video of the wobbling photo and save it to the photo album.

No way to fine tune the wiggle
This app only has 3 functions, add wiggle bubble, move wiggle bubble, change wiggle direction yet there is nothing to adjust the circle to fit any other shape other than round, also no way to adjust the speed of the wiggle or the amount it wiggles. Cant even make a video or a wiggle loop.
