Frustration
I filed at least 3 maintenance requests. 3 weeks later they completely disappear with no resolution (yes, disappeared, not even in history tab) Today I cannot pick any category other than locks and keys. To top it off, the helpless user has to answer useless outdated 4 COVID questions.
