The Scout+ app showcases our popular Access Key Assists in a pocket version.

Access Key Assists are customised accessibility guides that provide convenient information about accessing venues, events and programs at the tap of a button. They are universally designed and suitable for all people, regardless of ability.

Access Key Assists provide prediction, orientation and structure, photos, easy to read content and sensory guides. Our unique sensory guides prepare the user for the sensory elements of experiences. In the Scout+ App you will be able to explore the sights and hear the sounds before attending a new venue. The Scout+ App can be used before you visit and/or used in real time.

Don’t forget, Maddy and Scout appear throughout to guide you and offer some great tips on how to best navigate the Scout+ App.

Included in the Scout+ App are visual communication symbols that talk for you - ideal for people who have a communication challenge or English is a second language.
