The Middleby Service First Mobile App utilizes the best in native app technology to connect our customers in real time with the maintenance and service needs on their equipment. The App allows customers to request and track active service activity, link in other parties for communication purposes, register equipment and view service history. The App updates in real time progress until the service call is completed. In addition, it offers flexibility by allowing users to invite “watchers” to receive the same progress updates eliminating the need for follow up calls and costly time robbing update requests.
