Keeps My Training on Track
My trainer put me on to The Client Notebook, and honestly, it’s solid. I’ve got a business to run and a family, so I don’t have time to be figuring out what I’m supposed to do in the gym. This app lays it all out—workouts, notes, progress photos, everything. I just open it, see what’s on the schedule, and get to work. I also like that I can log stuff when I train on my own. No fluff, no BS—just what I need to stay consistent without overthinking it.

Extremely frustrating
Except for the first one or two times I used this app, it doesn't even load any more. I have to remove the app and reload it from the App Store, which merely retrieves the flawed app from Cloud storage. I can then open it exactly once. The next week when my trainer sends a new workout, I go through the same infuriating process. This week I tried Edit Home Screen and now cannot retrieve the app at all. Worthless.
