Emotional Wellbeing
Log emotions daily and diarise feelings. Helpful to anyone who has depression PTSD, on the Autism spectrum or with behavioural concerns.

Logging and notifications on fluid intake throughout the day. Helpful for anyone who is g-tube fed and needs to log and diarise specific amounts, with reminders.
Isolation
Log periods that require isolation, after a medical procedure or specific treatment.
