I ordered a necklace and didn’t like it and was supposed to credit. I found a couple of items that I liked but can’t get my credit when I want to check out. I will never order from them again. Everything is so cheaply made.

I love The Willow Tree a little bit too much! Lol Love the quality of the items! Just be aware if you return you will get an app credit. I have no problem buying something else!

I shopped from this business for over 2 years. I placed an order on 5/24 that had a misprinted label that sent my items to Escondido, CA for almost 4 weeks, even though I live in NC which is much closer to Alabama than California. I outreached to customer service and of course it’s not their problem once it’s out of their hands. On 6/16 USPS updated the shipping for the package as “Returned to sender” so I filed a dispute with my credit card. On 6/20 somehow the package arrived and I notified Mary Catherine and Bailee and asked for a return label knowing I had already submitted a dispute and didn’t think it fair to keep the items. Unknowingly and untold to me, they sent me a return label for UPS, not USPS, which is how they knew I intended to return the items. The package was put in my outgoing mail on Tuesday 6/25 and of course hasn’t scanned because it was for UPS. They run a shady business and then responded to my dispute leaving me without my money and the items that are now having to be rerouted by USPS to UPS. Does this sound like a business with integrity and customer service to you? Meanwhile they haven’t responded to my emails since I called them out on sending me a UPS label and not mentioning it and have gotten the dispute ruled in their favor. Great job Willow Tree you have scam artists working for you!

Willow Tree is hands down the BEST! I never write reviews, but I am telling you, they are awesome! All others boutiques look the same and have the same. Some are selling really cheap clothes for a fortune. Willow Tree ladies are humble, don’t brag, answer all of your questions without scolding you, and treat everyone equally. I love the culture these ladies bring. You will not receive anything from them that they will not wear themselves. The shipping is super fast! No waiting around for over a month for items.

I received my two piece outfit and ordered it in a Large. The fabric on this outfit is the best nice stretchy fabric that doesn’t stretch out of shape so comfortable got so many compliments on how cute it was. This is my second purchase from The Willowtree. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Whoever purchases their clothes at market definitely knows what they’re doing and has a killer sense of style! Everything is top quality, no cheap fabrics or poor fitting items. It’s the quality of the clothing here that sets them apart from all the other boutiques that I have found and believe me I shop a lot, pretty much every day LOL! I have a huge Willow Tree wardrobe and also great accessories like Budha Girl bangles and Steve Madden shoes!❤️

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the willow tree!!! The quality of clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. is incredible!! After having my first child it took me a while to get back into loving my body and myself. The willow tree has made me feel confident and beautiful everyday! I love you guys! ❤️❤️
