About Horse Medic
The Horse Identity program (horseidentity.org) offers two mobile applications namely Horse-ID and Horse Medic used by horse owners/caregivers and horses veterinarians respectively.
After activating the Horse Medic app and having access granted to a horse dossier, veterinarians are able to view the dossier and maintain the medical details, vaccinations and consults history.
A horse dossier is identified using an Identification code generated by Horse Identity portal and is assigned to each horse profile using Horse-ID app. Filling the Identification code or scanning its qr-code allows an authorized Horse Medic app to retrieve the horse dossier.
Granting access to Horse Medic is done by the horse owner / care giver using the Horse-ID app after signing in to the account profile.
