This is a simple app and yet crashes all the time and is slow.

App down pretty consistently
For presumably using public funding, the app developers seem to have no accountability. The apps been down for over a day. This happens consistently. No real way to contact a helpline. Really, really frustrating. Can’t use app and can’t read digital books. Frustrating.
