The donuts are amazing!! But the app doesn’t work! It says the app isn’t taking orders from my phone. What!?!

Same day preorder? Good luck with that

I downloaded this app as they presented it on Facebook but this message pops up as I open the app AND when adding to my cart. They advertise to preorder and you can’t even do that, would make sense to maybe test it out something rather than making people stand and wait outside for 40 minutes in freezing temperatures just to be able to pick out some donuts.
