With My Secret Coach you can:

Training in the weight room, being able to configure your routine or choose from more than 350 different workouts, aimed at both boys and girls.
Receive advice from "the coach" who will guide you in your new goal, be it loss of body fat, maintenance or gain of muscle mass.
