"I've found a plugin I can’t live without. There’s not one single type of instrument that can't benefit in some way by having some Saturn on it. [...] Whether you’re looking for a subtle push in the mix or all out audio destruction, Saturn has you covered. Verdict: 9/10!"

"The quality of the algorithms is palpable: the amps, tubes and tape types feel suitably 'real' but more sonically interesting than most, and the movement and 'funk' that can be imposed on them is nothing short of dazzling."

Feels like a final piece of the tone puzzle
Live musician here, bassist, been playing thru Loopy Pro on older iPad and SSL+ audio interface for a year and a half with zero hiccups. Searching for ideal plugins to mimic pedals is a big part of the challenge and while delays, compressors, audio shredders are aplenty, a real thick nasty envelope filterish distortion has been almost impossible to find until putting this into the chain. Coupled with a phaser plugin from AudioDamage with zero adjustments and it was just nasty. Really really nasty like how can an iPad be pumping that noise out. Sound engineer at both performances with it were blown away. What more could a bassist want? In terms of being an expensive IOS purchase I’ve easily spent a couple thousand on real pedals over the years that this $20ish plugin trounces so yeah… Thanks Fabfilter people, that much closer to the complete tone!!

4 mb for $30. Haha
These plug-in are overpriced, compared to lower priced and free apps, difference in sound quality is barely noticeable if at all. You are paying for the name. $19-$30 for a pretty gui Look at 4pockets Visual Multi-band compressor $8 , bigger app, more functionality, lower price, HD quality.
