Welcome to ServiceKey Nucleus!
This initial version gives customers a new interface and personal assistant called Keyva. Now, you can ask Keyva for assistance with creating a ticket, searching information articles, NTT DATA news and more.
This app currently supports dedicated instances of the ServiceNow platform. Remedy and other services to be supported soon.
Future releases of ServiceKey Nucleus will expand Keyva's support of CSAT feedback and field service using our OverAir service.
