The app crashes all the time and it continues signing me out. Half the time I can’t get into my own house

Forced to accept AI marketing calls in mandatory update.
The terms of service for this app have always been a little bit ridiculous but this is a new level of insane. In order to use the app I was forced to update it. In order to login I had to opt in to marketing text and phone calls. There is no option in the app to go back and opt out. I also don't understand why they need to collect health data citing the 1996 HIPAA act.
