Doesn’t give your money back
The worst ! , this is the 3rd time i put money on this app and card and it took money out my bank account without it showing up on my laundry card! This is unacceptable.

Machines are often broken. These machines act as poorly maintained slot machines that the company is too disinterested in to adequately address. Many of our tenants make the 5 minute walk with all of their laundry to the nearest brick and mortar.
