This app provides residents with an easy way to report a service request for action and resolution. The My Chatham app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are fulfilled.

What good is submitting a request
Reporting an issue or request seems to go into the proverbial bit bucket. It would seem no one either responds or fails to respond/ update. You are left wondering if anyone is monitoring requests. Same is true for facebook messenger
