NATSAVE e-Wallet
NATSAVE e-Wallet is a virtual account that allows you to keep money in electronic/virtual form and be able to transfer funds to any registered Zambian mobile number, NATSAVE account, any other NATSAVE e-Wallet account, and any other Bank’s account instantly. You can also pay for utilities including but not limited to Electricity, Water, and T.V. (DSTV, ZHUKU, or GOTV) from NATSAVE e-Wallet account. You can deposit cash into the NATSAVE e-wallet account through a NATSAVE Agent.
NATSAVE e-Wallet can be opened by anyone who has a registered Zambian mobile number.
NATSAVE e-Wallet allows you to transact up to K10,000.00 per day and transaction limit of K5,000.00.
Among the various Banking services accessible through NATSAVE e-wallet are:
i) Self-registration,
ii) Bill payments
iii) Funds transfer to mobile money accounts (Airtel, MTN, and Zamtel)
iv) Cash deposit into wallet account through an NATSAVE Agent
v) Cash withdrawal through a NATSAVE Agent or ATM
vi) Wallet Mini statement
vii) Wallet Full Statement
viii) Payments to any NATSAVE account
ix) Payment to other Bank’s account
x) Transfer to any other NATSAVE e-wallet account

NATSAVE DIRECT
NATSAVE Direct App which can also be called NATSAVE Agency Banking App is an application for NATSAVE Agents only. NATSAVE Direct app allows NATSAVE Agents to offer Banking services to NATSAVE customers and non-NATSAVE customers in a conveniently. Only registered NATSAVE Agents can download, install, and successfully utilise this app.
Services offered through NATSAVE DIRECT (Agency Banking) include but not limited to the following:
i) Cardless cash withdrawal from the Natsave Wallet account
ii) Cardless cash withdrawal from NATSAVE Bank account
iii) Cardless cash deposit into the NATSAVE Bank account
iv) Cardless Cash deposit into the Natsave e-Wallet account
v) Cardless Bill payment
vi) Talk time purchase
