Perfect Surprise
Skeptical of the perfect reviews, don’t be. They are well deserved. Variety. Form. Value. Simplicity. Results. I teach Pilates, yoga, functional fitness but always need a little push for myself. I have injuries and health conditions that are limiting. There are plenty of longer videos but I’m thriving on the 15-20 min fitness snacks that I can incorporate throughout my day. Strength, Balance, Stretch. No music? I keep thinking I will add one of my playlists in background, yet never have. Enjoying as is. I think that’s where the sense of calm comes from even after a cardio workout, very good for the nervous system.

The secret to longevity!
I love B The Method. I have a busy and unpredictable schedule so I use this app as my go-to for stretching and resetting my sore body during an intense week or for a challenging sculpt on the road or at the gym when I want a movement meditation. I really appreciate Lia’s healthy approach to women’s bodies. The conversation is inviting, educational and supportive. I think Lia is a healer.
