This app was created by a Yup'ik software developer and with the help of Yugtun speakers and teachers in the Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD). It contains a library of 36 Yugtun books that are narrated, translated, and color-coded!
With this app you also have full access to Yugtun language exercises at the third and fourth grade level. These lessons reflect the dual language curriculum of LKSD and include Yugtun grammar endings, swipe-able flash cards, and reading comprehension questions. This application is intended for students in immersion schools or for people wanting to improve their Yugtun at home.

Include Narrators Names and Needs More Narrations
Narrators deserve their names to be included with the books they’ve narrated. Narrations of title, author, and illustrators are missing and should be included.
