App is practically unusable

I would love if this app actually did what the images on the App Store said it does, but it doesn’t. I’ve tried using the app for 4 years and it’s never once improved. All the app does is show the schedule and location route, which is also online. You can’t see where the cars are like the App Store claims. You can’t see the estimate time to next stop like the app claims. Both are super useful features I’ve been asking for for years. There is no way to contact Beep. They don’t respond to feedback. Drivers don’t seem to follow the schedule and since you have no idea where the cars are since the app doesn’t show it, you could wait at a stop for an hour and never be picked up. One time I did that just to see and after an hour gave up, walked to my destination, and saw the car was parked there waiting for people at that end location - they never would have come. For such an awesome idea with issues that can be easily fixed, it’s a shame that after four years Beep is a practically useless product. It’s like they intentionally don’t want people to use it and therefore they don’t.
