Digital Office by Inbox is a Cloud-based platform for Digital Archiving, Records Management, and Business Process Automation.
It helps you digitize process flows and speed up execution, by engaging everyone to perform a timely task resolution.

This application gives access to customers in order to get their job done in the following key areas:

Document Search
- find documents that are stored in your Digital Archive
- Advanced Search via filtering trough Title Only or Time Range
- Securely share documents via link

My Tasks
- check what are you process tasks and what has somebody given to you
- Execute actions that are required from you (e.g. Approve Document, Reject Decision, Forward commands)

Start-Process
- start the initiation of your processes
(*process needs to be previously implemented in the core Digital Office Cloud Platform)
