This app is only good to keep up with your bill amount nothing else the ai need to be deleted the card system as well just send up straight to the real assistant and done stop with the ai or just use chat gbt cause that $2 a month ai deh not working

I used this App for the first time in June. I went ahead and did the registration and registered my two accounts both of which are in two separate names and two different account numbers. It was getting close to the due date for one of my accounts so I login to the app to pay my bill, I selected the account that I wanted to pay then it ask me to register my card so I did. Then a message came up saying that JPS was going to take less that $100 Jamaican dollars from my account and that I should enter the exact amount that was deducted from my account so I did and only to see that I was charged twice the amount. I went to customer support on the to try and get a refund only to be told that I have to go through a long process and then on top of that I was told that it would not be processed before 10 working days… this is some nonsense. This app is not working properly and I wouldn’t advise anyone overseas to use it…
