Horrible service.
I can’t get into my pool that I pay for and registered for. They deleted my account and now I can’t go to my pool. Do you have to register every couple months ???

Painful experience to just get home.
If someone has a registered vehicle in their profile it should be a seamless experience I enter the community and go home right? Wrong.. I’ve sent complaints about my vehicle not able to access the gate and their response is to use the axuus+ codes instead or use my phone to open the gate.. way to put a bandage on the bigger problem. Please find an actual fix to this problem instead of giving alternative ways to get past the gate.
